For Day 20 of 31 days of Halloween is this iconic monster, the Grand High Witch, from scary kids movie The Witches. This is such a classic Halloween movie embodying both glamour and horror. Though a kids movie, it really brought on the fright with homicidal witches plotting against all children. I wanted to recreate the scene where The Grand High Witch reveals herself in front of her congregation.
