Day 9 of 31 days of Halloween is Pennywise from the It movies. This costume I made in 2017 and is a mix of old and new. I used fabric dye and spray paint to create a distressed dusty look. I made circle 2 tiered skirt with scrap satin and trim, as well as ruffle collar and cuffs using a similar circle pattern.
For makeup I started with an ivory base and applied body paint over it for Pennywise’s iconic mouth.
